Refunds or Returns are only issued if we have made an error with spelling or format from your final approved mock up. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

• In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement at no charge or issue a refund if you prefer.
